You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. Any questions or concerns will be addressed via e-mail to make sure that all information is confirmed in writing.

Sales tax is not charged on purchases made outside of Indiana. Indiana customers will be charged 7% sales tax as required by state law.
We realize that sometimes it is necessary to return a purchase, so we try to make this as convenient as possible for you. You will receive a full refund for all purchased returned in good condition within 30 days (60 days for purchases made between November & December). Returns after this timeframe will be charged a restocking fee.
We custom pack your glass purchases so that they will travel safely to you. Most online purchases will ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive at their destinations in 4-7 business days *NOTE -this does not mean 1-3 business days from the day you place an order. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships via e-mail.
We use Federal Express for all of our shipping. If you would like your purchases shipped differently, we will strive to accommodate your request please contact us at 765-457-1829 or email@example.com to make your arrangements.
If you have a special request, please contact us at 765-457-1829 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Expedited orders must be placed by noon any weekday excluding holidays. Orders outside the contiguous United States will take longer to ship and cannot be guaranteed to arrive in a specific time frame, we will however provide you with the necessary paperwork and tracking numbers.
We try to be environmentally friendly with our packing materials and use recycled and recyclable materials.
We work very hard to pack your purchases so that they arrive in perfect condition. If however you receive a broken item it is very important that you contact us immediately. If the exterior packaging is damaged you will need to note this on the delivery receipt, save all packaging materials and contact us. We will file a claim with the shipper, provide you instructions if returning the item(s) is necessary issue a call tag, and re-send the item if necessary or possible.
Custom Glass Cutting
We will gladly custom cut glass to your specifications. Send us the specifications which we will confirm with you and give you a quote for the cutting.
We will gladly box and gift wrap your purchase if you let us know.
We sell gift cards in any denomination.
