Minimum Orders:  Opening orders $300.00. Reorders $100.00. Reorders under the minimum will be assessed a $5.00 service charge. There is a $5.00 processing fee to add merchandise of less than $50.00 to an existing order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms:

• 1) C.O.D. 2) We accept Visa and Mastercard (please provide the card number, the expiration date, the name that appears on the card and the billing address for the card statements with each order). 3) Net 30. To establish Net 30 terms, send a signed credit application including 4 trade references (with whom you have Net terms), with your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for approval.
• Opening orders not accompanied by a credit application or credit card information will be sent out C.O.D.
• There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
• A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be assessed on all past due invoices.

Return Policy:  All sales are final. Please notify KOG Hot Glass Studio within 48 hours regarding missing or defective items. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We charge a 15% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused C.O.D.s and declined credit card orders.

Handmade in the U.S.A.  Each glass item is produced entirely by the KOG Hot Glass Studio (designed and crafted by Jon Wolfe and Jeff Simmons). We melt both clear and colored glass cullet and batch exclusively produced by Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co., Inc. Because each piece is handmade, to order, the color and size can vary and bubbles may appear in the glass. This is not a flaw, but your assurance that each piece is handmade. Items should be cleaned by hand with soap and water or glass cleaner. We do not recommend microwaving nor automatic dishwashers.
